Position Summary<br>
The Service Coordinator II (SC) works in a high volume call center environment supporting NCR's internal customers. The SC manages service engineers in a geographic area and directs them to make time-sensitive customer commitments. The candidate should possess the ability to multi-task, understand the importance of prioritization, work in a fast paced environment and ensure the prompt delivery of service to meet the contractual terms and conditions of our external customers. Effective service coordinators possess the ability to manage the customer engineers with authoritative charm.<br>

Basic Requirements<br>

* Accept customer calls for service<br>
* Check entitlement and work with service teams on call dispatching<br>
* Monitor service level and produce service report to management team<br>
* Plan, prioritize and allocate outstanding work orders<br>
* Prioritize workload of field engineers to ensure effective utilization of resources<br>
* Identify and escalate any situation that may cause a work order to exceed service level agreements<br>
* Assist field operation on parts ordering<br>
* Record and act on any customer complaint referred by any source.<br>
* Ensure the correct and timely closure and completion of all work orders by following detailed closure work instructions.<br>

Responsible for overal cleaniliness of hotel property and rooms. As well as public spaces. this positon requires major attention to detail and must work well with others. Hotel or propety cleaning is required for this postion due to amount of detail required. Seeking a hard worker! (hourly) <br>

Maintenace: <br>
Responsible for overall maintenance of hotel property and grounds. MUST HAVE EXP. Responsiblites may include drywall, painting, plumbing, repair, moving furniture, carpet repair, electrical repair.. this is not an entry level maintenace positon.
