We are an in-home tutoring company contracted by school districts nationwide under the No Child Left Behind Act, seeking qualified tutors in the Edgefield County area with either a teaching certificate OR previous tutoring experience. Tutors will earn between $20 - $25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
We match tutors with students based on their needs and your qualifications. Most tutoring sessions occur after school and early evenings in the safety and comfort of the child's home. The program is starting immediately. Sessions are scheduled at the parent's convenience and tutor's availability. All curriculum and materials are supplied to tutors.

Requirements:
- At least 60 college credits. Degree preferred.

Main Responsibilities:
Database Maintenance
„« Enter/update student information data as changes occur, on a daily basis
„« Register and enroll all new students by importing/entering data into the system
„« Support/ensure the daily attendance process
„« Enter and maintain all schedules within the SIS
„« Run regular system backups of all SIS data
„« As needed: manage the import of data from district student information system.
„« Maintain the ¡§system of record¡¨ and possibly maintain district systems as well depending on the situation
User / System Support
„« As expert user in SIS, support all site-based staff in use of appropriate functionality of SIS, providing training as necessary (health, discipline, guidance, SPED, etc)
„« Direct responsibility for monitoring student attendance, managing attendance reporting, generating attendance letters when necessary, parent follow-up, etc.
„« Provide SIS reporting to site-based staff as needed
„« Enforces and explains corporate policies and procedures and drives/guides expected behavior from others
„« Support enrollment and recruitment efforts by preparing fliers, accompanying the SOM on outreach efforts and collecting relevant information. Manage waiting list/lottery where applicable
„« Support state reporting efforts
„« Support data requests for grant management efforts
„« Conduct new school year rollover by populating new schedules, class assignments, etc.
„« Generate reports in district schools and provide appropriate reports for charter schools
„« Provide support to other systems that SIS feeds data into (e.g. Benchmark system, on-line testing system)

Internal: Grants Department, Principal, coordinate reporting requirements formatting with the Student Information Department and coordinate enrollment campaigns as well as weekly and monthly reporting with the Enrollment Department

Description:
•Monitor the effectiveness of the EIBI plan in the child's home weekly
•Create graphs containing analyzed data and provide Consultant(s) with information prior to and during meetings
•Help with the implementation of behaviorally based therapy models consistent with best practices and research on effectiveness, for children with Pervasive Developmental Disorder to include autism and Asperger’s disorder.
•Provide guidance to and supervision of the Line Therapists; Educate family, caregivers and/or service providers concerning strategies and techniques to assist the child in behavior reduction and skill acquisition
• Receive family/caregiver feedback
• Assure coordination and continuity with other programs and services
•Meet with director and consultant for ongoing training and supervision
Coordinate special recruitment events, informational meetings, and other promotional activities to attract targeted students to Lesley. Work closely with the Regional Director relating to field marketing opportunities and to facilitate appropriate communication with prospective students regarding program information, the application process, financial aid, student services and registration for classes.
Bachelor's degree required. Graduate degree preferred. At least two years experience K-12 education. Sales and enrollment management background preferred. Candidate must have the ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory which will include locations in both western Georgia and western South Carolina. Designed as a field position, the candidate must be able to work from a home office.
