$25 for each 10' x 10' space outdoor space. Tea Farm Cottage is located on a busy main street in Summerville with HIGH VISIBILITY to passing traffic. Rest facilities & free offsite parking adjacent to the property.

Inventory Management: Supervise service center inventory to ensure vehicles are properly accounted for and placed back into rental service in a timely manner.
Maximize Fleet Availability: Adhere to PDI and preventive maintenance requirements, as outlined by vehicle manufacturers. Manage out-of-service units vended to repair facilities outside the service center network.
Minimize Turnback Lag Times: Monitor body, dealer, mechanical, and turnback lag (where applicable).
Body Damage and Damage Recovery: Ensure proper airport damage documentation, bodyshop coordination and quality repair assessments are being completed (where applicable).
Fleet Disposal: Manage and monitor all fleet disposals including the turnback process and wholesale of reject/salvage units; minimize turnback costs through proper maintenance and preparation of vehicles (where applicable).
Warranty: Complete and document all warrantable repairs according to company standards; schedule associates to ensure personnel productivity and efficiency; ensure timely and accurate completion of all repairs and manufacturer recalls according to manufacturer guidelines; promote and manage ASE certifications.
Personnel: Recruit, hire, staff, schedule and train all maintenance associates.
Customer Service: Deliver superior customer service by providing safe quality vehicles.
Fleet Maintenance: Coordinate car quality and maintenance with location and customer service managers (i.e., PM’s, tire pressure, fluid level, etc.).
Bachelor's degree or four years of automotive education and/or work related experience
2+ years previous maintenance-related management experience within the past 5 years
Working knowledge of all maintenance operations systems, including computer programs
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future (e.g. H-1B Visa status)
Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
Fleet experience preferred
ASE Certification preferred

Initial hourly pay is $10-12 per hour based on good, relevant experience, and there will be opportunities for increases within the first 3 & 6 months based on attendance and performance and additional opportunities for raises and rewards. This is a PERMANENT part time position, so you'll be guaranteed work each and every week.
You would need a laptop with Excel, a working email address, good typing skills, transportation to the courthouse, and self-motivation to work on your own. These are public records that anyone can look at.
This is not a work from home job. We collect records at the county courthouse.
Many of our researchers are retirees, parents with children who need flexible schedules, students, and paralegals looking for extra work. Regardless of your age or background, however, this is a good opportunity because you set your own schedule.
