30 year old professional couple have lost our apartment and have been staying in a hotel. Need an apt., but can't afford to pay all of down payments+this+that all at once.Prefferable something either downtown,rosewood or southeast area,but not choosy. Am very strong and handy, so if any work is needed on an establishment I'm willing to work a deal out. Both work and are very clean and easy-going individuals. She has a 7 yr old son we get on weekends.
We're not dead beats, just down on our luck at the moment. It's Christmas time and I love my family. Paying $200.00 a week at a hotel right now, would rather be giving that money to a landlord. I will be able to contact you Monday after 5pm or Wed. at same time due to my work hours.
