About the property I am looking for:

A single family home, duplex, triplex, quad, and/or apartment building in the Shandon/University of SC/Rosewood/Olympia area would be ideal. However, I am willing to look at anything that I can use as an investment property (i.e. commercial buildings, apartment buildings, etc.) It can be of greater, lesser, or equal value. About the property I am looking to swap:

Located about 1.5 miles to Lake Murray, the house is 5 years old and is 4300 square feet on about a 1.2 acre lot. 4 Bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, hardwood floors throughout the downstairs living area and kitchen. Tiled bathrooms and carpet upstairs and in all bedrooms. The upstairs also features a 2nd kitchen and a 2nd master suite making a fantastic in-law suite. Home is in a small neighborhood (less than 15 houses). The home was appraised for $400,000 when I purchased it in 2007. It is currently rented for $1,750 per month until June 2010 as I was holding on until the market picks back up.
