Had it not been for George Bush's promotion of Low End Home Mortgages, his Plowing thru our National Surplus leaving the current administration a Huge Defecit, and his Starting a War that was not our financial responsibility, we would not be in the Republican-Created Mess that we now find ourselves in. While I am not a Democrat, your blaming Democrats now for taking whatever efforts that they feel appropriate is neither accurate nor appreciated. Republicans have not acted in a manner that is truly financially responsible, they did not hold Bush accountable, and they now want to point the finger of blame.

Many Citizens have a memory of more than just the most recent few months.
