I am graduating and moving out December 13th and need to find someone to live in my room. I live with a 21 year old and 22 year old guy. I am 3 blocks from 5 points and we have off street parking. The house is huge and across the street from the BA and Nursing buildings. No signing of lease required and rent is 475 a month. My roommates will be there till july so you have the option of staying there till then. I will pay for the month of December and half of January. So its a great deal!
