I relocated here from Dallas, Texas. My mother had a stroke & my father had a heart attack two weeks later - so I came back to SC after living away for a long time to help with them. My father passed in January.

I have two cats that are housebroken & are family to me. One is an 17 yr old female & the other is a 7 yr old male - both tabbies.

I am looking for a private bedroom with a private/shared bathroom or a roommate to share a 2 bdrm apartment with. I have a bed & kitchen essentials, etc. which I can store if necessary.

I would prefer the following:
- non-smoking roommate/s
- furnished or unfurnished
- high-speed internet connection (prefer cable but DSL is sufficient)
- clean
- safe
- quiet
- own/shared bathroom

Please reply with:
- some photographs/brief description of the place for lease
- approximate location so that I an check out the neighborhood using Google Maps.
- the rental fee, and what utilities, if any, are included

I would like to keep the rent & utilities below $300/month, since this will be my home for at least the next 2-3 yrs. In the past I've house sat for a family while they were in Rome for a year. I watered their garden and mainly cared for their dog while they were away. I also took care of two different elderly people. One was an elderly woman for close to year, another was an elderly man for close to a year. There was a point in time where I managed an after school program and am good with helping out with chidlrens homework, cooking, cleaning and any other misc. household chores.

I'm neat & tidy, don't party, don't drink and don't do drugs. I'm also a non-smoker. Although I don't have any animals myself, I love animals in general. I've also cared for a sick cat over the holidays while the owners were out of town on vacation.
