I am moving out of my apartment at the end of this semester and I desperately need someone to take over my lease at The Lofts. Amenities include a large outdoor swimming pool, free parking, exercise equipment, and front door security. I need someone from at least January 2010-May 2010 but I would love to find someone until the lease ends on July 31, 2010. The Lofts is just as close as any dorm on campus; I'm able to walk to all of my classes and there's a USC shuttle stop right across the street if you need to get to the North side of campus quickly. It's a 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a spacious living room. I have 2 male roommates and 1 female roommate so a male or female subletter will work. I live in one of the two larger, upstairs bedrooms and share a bathroom with my female roommate. Rent is $475/month and includes utilities, internet, cable, etc. I am willing to negotiate the rent down significantly because I really need someone to take over my lease. The Lofts is also located directly across the street from Sonic. And just a block away from Green's.
**My roommate has a cat but he's well behaved, sweet, litter box trained, and mostly keeps to himself.
