Looking for someone that are willing to take my spacious 1BR Apartment starting in the beginning of December or beginning of January. The apartment it is located right on campus. If you are student!!! you will have plenty time to sleep. Also you will have time to get on time to the different classes you may attend at the University of South Carolina. The rent of the apartment it is $425, Also you will need to leave a deposit for $425 in case that you do some damage at the property. If you like the apartment you can keep the contract for a full year, however, currently there is only a 6 month contract.
