Subleaser needed for Spring 2010 semester at the Woodlands, the newest student apartment community in Columbia. The unit is a ground-level 4 BR/4 Bath flat (floorplan below) you’ll be sharing with 3 other male USC students. The rent includes all utilities (including Cable, Internet) and is fully furnished. Each bedroom has a private bath and a walk-in closet and an electronic key system for added security. Other room amenities include a fully furnished kitchen with bar area, Living room with a 42” Plasma TV and leather sofa and chair. The common area is all hardwood floors with carpet in the bedrooms, walk-in closets, and the furniture included in the bedroom is a desk and chair, a dresser (which can be taken apart to form two mini dressers with two drawers each; they are stackable to form one large dresser, a full bed, and a side table. The bathroom is all tile and is an individual bath.

The Woodlands complex includes a 9,000 square-foot clubhouse packed with college living amenities including free tanning, a state-of-the-art fitness center and gym all available 24 hrs a day! The Woodlands is less expensive then on-campus housing and is so much nicer. A shuttle runs all day to USC campus, and starting on Thursdays goes to Five points so you do not have to drive or get taxis. Also shuttle runs on gamedays! There are basketball courts, grills, walking areas, fire pit, pool tables, movie theatre, free computer access at the clubhouse with a free printer for all residents to use. The Woodlands has many events for the residents to meet each other and have fun. This sublease is for the spring 2010 semester, and also could be for summer.
