I would like to sublease a room in the apartment I am staying in. I am graduating in December from USC and I would like to find someone to move into my room. The apartment is completely furnished. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, walk in closets, washer and a dryer and storage space. It is located a few minutes from the USC campus and the downtown area. There are no other people living in the apartment.
Rent comes out to $405 a month with all utilities included ( cable, water, electric and internet).
