We have 2 BRs available for Spring 2010 in a 5 BR house in the Retreat. Each bedroom has a large closet and its own bathroom. There is also the option of one of the bedrooms being furnished for no additional charge! The sublease would be from January- July and the rent is $450/ month for each room.
Currently, 5 girls live in our house, we are all juniors, but males and females welcome. If you are interested in just one room, that's great, or if you and a friend are interested in both rooms, that works too.
The rest of the house is fully furnished- with a full kitchen and dining room, living room, washer and dryer, central heat & air, and an outside patio.
The neighborhood is also great- its gated, they provide all of our lawn care for free, ample parking, two pools, gym, tanning bed, free shuttle to campus and Five Points, and two clubhouses. If you want to see more about the Retreat, check it out at www.RetreatColumbia.com.
