I will be studying abroad in the spring and I need to sublease my room in a 3bd townhome. The room is huge compared to the 4 bd apartments here. It will be available mid December so you can move in anytime from December 14 and that month will be paid for. The rent is $590 a month. The lease will run until the end of July.
