I'm studying abroad next semester and need someone to take over my lease!! The rent is only $540 and includes all utilities, however I would be willing to negotiate!!! The room comes completely furnished and I'd even be willing to leave my tv, dvd player, and some other things there if you wanted. The Woodlands is a great place to live and has numerous amenities, including the largest pool in Columbia, a workout facility, buses to and from campus, as well as to and from 5 points. Finally, you can either take the lease from January- August or ONLY from January- end of school (I'd be willing to take the lease back)PLEASE email me back if you are interested!

The Woodlands of Columbia is the newest and nicest apartment complex in Columbia. The rent is only $540 a month with all utilities included!!!! There are currently 3 other women living in the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished!!!! The downstairs includes a washer and dryer, a leather sofa, a leather chair, a side table, a kitchen table and four chairs, the bar top includes three stools, and there is a wine rack installed above the refrigerator. There is all hardwood floors with carpet in the bedrooms, walk-in closets, and the furniture included in the bedroom is a desk and chair, a dresser (which can be taken apart to form two mini dressers with two drawers each; they are stackable to form one large dresser, a full bed, and a side table. The bathroom is all tile and is an individual bath. The apartment complex has plenty of parking for residents and guests!!! Which in Columbia is a good thing because towing can be such a problem at some of the complexes.
There are amazing amenities for all residents here at the Woodlands, the Clubhouse includes
-Over 9,000 Sqft. Includes: State-of-the-art Fitness Center, HD Theater and Media Room, Projector TV for gameday, Pool Tables, Ping Pong, Shuffle Board, Cyber Café and Clubhouse and Pool Area WIFI.
There is a fitness and weight room, a yoga room, and a rock climbing wall. There is also free tanning beds in the clubhouse, and there is a hammock grove outside where residents can go and relax. There is also a study room available to residents inside of the clubhouse. There is beach volleyball and basketball courts, and there is a cyber cafe inside of the clubhouse. The clubhouse is open 24 HOURS A DAY TOO!!
