Looking for a roommate to take over a lease for Spring 2010 semester. Room located in University Oaks, in a 4bd, 4 bath apartment, with 3 great female roommates. The apartment complex offers a swimming pool, gym, game room, and great lounge area.
Original price is $480/month, but I'm willing to pay $50 towards rent per month because I'm hoping to get this room rented soon.
