I am subleasing my 2 bedroom, 1 bath loft-style apartment from January-August. The apartment building is located on Main and Whaley, which is within walking distance to USC's campus. The campus bus shuttle stops right outside of the door, as well.

The apartment is furnished in the living room and kitchen. This includes a full-sized couch, plush chair, two end tables, and a kitchen table with 2 chairs. A dishwasher and full size oven/stove as well. One can choose to leave the furniture in the apartment, or management can move it out.

Because I need to be out of the apartment by January, I have lowered the rent. Cable/Water is included with the rent, and Electricity will have a $50 cap. Parking (non-covered) is included; Laundry is on-site; and all doors have a security code entry.
