I have a 2000 sq foot 2 story brick home for trade. It has 4br 3 bath. The master bedroom and one other bedroom is down stairs and there are two massive size bedrooms up stairs with a full bath up stairs. The whole inside of the house has been repainted. The kithchen has vinal tiles. The rest of the house is carpeted. The carpet does need to be replaced. Nice size deck on back patio, over looking a big fenced in back yard. The house has a 2 car drive way, but no garage. Very quiet neighborhood and excellent schools. Neighborhood is located 5 minutes from I-26 and 10 minutes from I-20. We are located very close to the mall off of Harbison. We do not have a fireplace.


About what I would like to trade for-

The house I would like could be located within a 50 mile radious of Irmo. I would like a 2 story but would consider the right 1 story home. Fireplace, and would like but not madiatory hardwood floors or even tile floors. Would prefer a 4br. but would consider 3br.
