I'm looking to move out my current apartment this summer, but I made the mistake of renewing my lease for longer than intended, so I'm hoping someone can help out by taking it over. The leasing period starts July 14th. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment where two tenants share a living space, so you'll have another roommate living with you. At the edge of downtown on Main Street, right now next to South Assembly Street, meaning it's within walking distance of USC, as well as having a bus stop right on the same block. The actual apartment is called Yugo Lofts.
My current rent is $890 including utilities, insurance and pet's insurance. Apartments have shared washers and dryers where you can pay to use them in the same building, as well as a pool for residents. Photos and tours can be given upon request, just make sure to ask for a Thursday since that's my day off.
