22ft 2012 Sun Tracker-Regency Party Barge 220 XP3 with 200 HP Optimax SX Pro with SS prop, recently professionally serviced. Runs good, and ready for the water.
3 Oversize Toons. The boat sets higher in the water than most, the lifting straights on all three toons, allows boat to pop up on the water for a much smoother ride in rough water than most.
Power hydraulic steering
Full Cover- 5 years old. Good Condition
New Bimini Cover still in box. Easy installation. Opted to leave original up as long as it suffices.
New Interstate Battery
New Bluetooth Stereo in box. Needs installed.
2 New replacement rubber Impellers, 5 new extra gas filters,
One extra used stainless steel prop.

Tracker Duel axle trailer, with trailer brakes, surge brakes, rubber bunks, trailer guides, 2 spare tires, one new never used, plus rim if needed. Great condition. $4500 plus value. JD POWERS values trailer at $1010 ,but you will not find a duel axle that fits a tri toon for under $ 3000. I will knock of $2500 if sold without trailer.
870.25 hours on motor as of 12/30/25, technically priced without motor , but I'll through in a good running 200 hp. motor for free
