I have 9 large file cabinets with 4 draws to each cabinet. Each draw holds around 150 records. I have organized them somewhat so that Rock n Roll are in most draws and together. Two draws are full of country, 1 draw full of R and B. 1 Draw full of Disney/Kids records. I also have 4 large totes with at least 200 records each full of Rock. A cabinet full of Jazz and some Blues with at least 400 records. A shelf with at least another 100 plus Motown, rap, soul and R and B. And a shelf full of at least another 100-plus country. There is also some classic artist like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, etc on another shelf. There are also Movie albums on a rolling rack with more kids, rock, country, and motown. You will most likely never find this many Rock N Roll Records in one location. I can say the same for Jazz, Blues, R and B, Dance, Kids, Classical, Movie, Light Rock, Hard Rock, Country, etc. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. And don't think that all the good ones are gone. There are still easily over 5000 records left just in the garage.
They are $5.00 each if you buy 10 or more. Anything less than 5 is $10.00 each. Double Records are $10. Some of the bands I know which are still out there are: Marshall Tucker Band, Dire Straits, Dixie Dregs, Blood Sweat and Tears, Billy Joel, Rod Stewart, Ten Years After, Mamas and Papas, Dan Fogelberg, Styx, REO Speedwagon, Christopher Cross, Rossington Collins, Tom Petty, UB40, Eric Clapton, Eagles, Phil Collins, Glenn Frey, Don Henley, James Taylor, Carly Simon, Linda Ronstadt, Charlie Parker, Chubby Checker, Cat Stevens, Triumph, Sweet, Chicago, Foghat, James Taylor, Elvis, Roger Daltry, The Who, Jethro Tull, Grand Funk, Earth Wind Fire, Marvin Gaye, Loverboy, Ray Charles, George Harrison, Chuck Mangione, Tina Turner (some with Ike), The Association, Paul Revere and the Raiders, Steven Stills, Joe Cocker, Journey, Steve Perry, The Rascals, Dr. Hook, Al Hirt, The Bee Gees, Aretha Franklin, Joan Baez, Neil Young, Santana, Neil Diamond, Alabama, ELO, Alan Parson Project, Genesis, Devo, Jim Croce, Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Mountain, Eddy Grant, REM, Pat Benatar, Cher, The Osmonds, Shawn Cassidy, Donovan, The Ventures, The Baby's, Bay City Rollers, Steve Winwood, Traffic, Uriah Heep, Yes, Boz Scaggs, Little River Band, Diana Ross, The Commodores, Lionel Richie, Donna Summer, The Jackson 5, Mariah Carey, War, Glen Campbell, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Conway Twitty, Hank Williams, The Moody Blues, The Animals, The Beach Boys, Chuck Berry, Jackson Browne, Buffalo Springfield, The Carpenters, Johnny Cash, Cheap Trick, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Drifters, Bob Dylan, Eurythmics, Fleetwood Mac, Buddy Holly, Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Jefferson Airplane, Elton John, Carole King, John Lennon, Jerry Lee Lewis, Curtis Mayfield, Paul McCartney, Joni Mitchell, Randy Newman, Graham Parker, Queen, Bonnie Raitt, Paul Simon, Simon and Garfunkel, Dusty Springfield, The Temptations, Stevie Wonder, Hank Williams Jr. Waylon Jennings, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, Spyro Gyro, Pete Fountain, Al Hirt, Ramsey Lewis, Grover Washington Jr., Barbara Streisand, Mac Davis, Dan Hill, Poco, Pablo Cruise, Lynn Anderson, ELO, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Crosby Stills and Nash, Roberta Flack, Dione Warwick, Luther Vandross, Barry White, Tomita, Robert Palmer, Robert Plant, BTO, Harry James, The Doobie Brothers, Kansas, Foreigner, Supertramp, Al Stewart, Harry Chapin, etc. Those are just the ones I remember seeing last night that that I put back in file cabinets.
