We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Service Writer/Advisor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between our customers and technicians, managing service appointments, and supporting daily shop operations.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive service advisor role required.

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and customer service best practices

Welcome and engage customers, ensuring they feel valued
Collect and input customer information into our database
Prepare accurate work orders for technicians
Source, order, and track automotive parts
Serve as liaison between technicians and customers
Perform data entry and maintain service records
Schedule service appointments efficiently
