Although, it is not likely that this year's Spring game will be taking place due to stadium renovations that will include new premium areas, expanded amenities, and improvements to enhance the Gamecock Football ultimate fan experience when the stadium officially opens up for the 2026 Football Season. There is a Stadium Place Parking Space #149 is for sale for $14,000 (originally listed for $15,000) in addition to buyer paying for the Attorney's Fees. Stadium Place is an upscale tailgate parking area with nice restrooms and a heated and cooled upstairs area with TVs!

There have also been Bands who have performed there in the past years. Stadium Place is a gated area with security.
