200,000 btu propane gas or natural gas heater for garage, work shop, warehouse or greenhouse. I bought it new and used it 4 years. Has always been in a building and in excellent condition. Set up for propane gas but can be set up for natural gas. To find out how much it is worth I saw a new one for $2,150.00 plus sales tax, shipping and special handling. Selling mine for the firm price of $950.00 no sales tax. If you are picking it up in Prosperity, South Carolina you pay cash.
