Fast pace Sumter medical office seeks an energetic, self-motivated, positive attitude team player to join our practice as an Ophthalmic Assistant. Responsibilities include working up patients, taking medical histories, vitals, eye pressure checks, conducting diagnostic tests, etc. Ophthalmic Assistant's work along physicians, preparing patient, obtaining consents and setting up equipment for procedures. Will teach scribing to the right candidate. Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
