Job Duties Include:
• Office and commercial space cleaning
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Restroom cleaning and sanitizing
• Trash removal
• Dusting and surface cleaning
• Following cleaning checklists and company standards
Requirements:
• Must be a 1099 independent contractor
• Must have own transportation
• Must have own basic cleaning supplies & equipment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Ability to work evenings, nights, or weekends
• Must pass background screening
• Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred
This is NOT an employee position.
Work is assigned as contracts become available.
