This is a hands-on position. You’ll be working in a Plant/Production Environment:
-Shoveling gravel and concrete
-Pouring & finishing concrete
-Tying rebar
-Building forms
-Assisting with heavy equipment
-Operating machinery
Every day is a little different. It’s not standing in one spot all day.
Qualifications for the position:
-MUST have your own reliable transportation to work
-Concrete experience preferred (pouring, finishing, forming) OR construction background
-Comfortable with physical labor working in hot / cold conditions
-Work well with a team
Ideal for someone with 1–3 years of construction experience who wants to grow in the trade.
