Looking for 2–3 solid guys who are confident in their craft, efficient, and highly experienced for project-based outdoor work (concrete, building, soft & hardscaping). On-and-off work for now, meeting up at Lowe's or Home Depot.
Pay (Per 4–10 hr Project Day):
* Starting / Trial: $150 – $200 (based on experience)
* Once Proven & Consistent: $200 – $250
Requirements:
* Must be confident in your craft, bring real experience, and work with high efficiency.
* Legal to work with enough English to communicate clearly (Latino/Hispanic welcome).
* I’m a straight shooter who values quality, structure, transparency, and mutual respect.
