Better Trucks is one of America's fastest-growing last-mile delivery companies, and we are coming to Columbia, SC! We are currently building our core team of independent delivery partners for our Grand Opening in April 2026.
Better Trucks is looking for Independent Contractors in the Columbia / West Columbia area for last-mile parcel delivery. If you have a reliable vehicle and want to be your own boss, we have will have routes available Monday – Saturday!

💰 THE PAYOFF:
-Estimated Earnings: $50-$125+ per Route per route.
-Same-Day Pay: Finish your route today, get your money same day.
-Beat the Clock: We pay by the Route Block, not the hour. If you finish a 4-hour route in 3 hours, you still get the full 4-hour pay!
-Flexibility: Routes range from 2–6 hours. Choose the zones that work for you.
🚗 VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS: Use your own vehicle!
-Cars / SUVs / Jeeps
-Minivans
-Cargo Vans / Sprinters
-Pickup Trucks (Must have a covered bed)
📍 LOCATION & HUB:
Pick-Up Location: Routes will originate from our upcoming Columbia area hub. We are currently finalizing a central location to best serve the metro area; the exact address will be shared with all partners prior to our April launch.
Service Area: Columbia and surrounding suburbs.
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 21 years old.
-Valid U.S. Driver’s License & Proof of Insurance.
-Smartphone (iPhone or Android).
-Ability to lift/carry packages up to 50 lbs.
-Authorized to work in the US (Subject to background check).
