Easy glue down installation. Some of the glue has popped off of the back from being stored but is an easy fix.
Brand new, the plastic came out from around the packages so I just stacked them in a box. They have been stored flat and they come with a paper with the instructions and information.
Asking $100, but willing to negotiate.
