I live in a nice brick townhouse in a very nice neighborhood not too far from downtown Columbia, with a very nice kitchen, nice washer & dryer, two full baths, with a small front yard, and a small covered back patio.

You would not be required to pay any rent or utilities, and I may also provide meals, groceries, and spending money as needed. And you may not even need a job.
However, I would request that you take care of All household duties. Such as keeping the house clean on a daily basis, washing clothes & laundry, perhaps preparing meals, essentially all housekeeping duties, etc.
I mostly work from home, and I am extremely focused on my personal and professional goals. I am also fairly neat and organized. And I am a professional, educated man who lives alone with no children, no pets, and I am not married.

University of South Carolina – Master’s Degree
University of Georgia – Undergraduate Degree
And I am looking for a nice, honest lady to share my home with. I would prefer it if you had no children that currently live with you, neat & clean, and that you were currently not married.
And I am ideally and preferably looking for a live-in girlfriend that could take care of all of these duties so that I would have more time to focus on my business.
