I'm listing a private, large, furnished suite for rent in my home in Irmo, South Carolina. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the suite is available now.
Six month minimum.
The suite features its own bathroom with a shower/tub, a private entrance, a queen-size bed, vaulted ceilings, track lighting, and a comfortable living area with a 65” TV, dresser drawers, a recliner chair, a comfortable sofa, and an entertainment center. It also includes a mini-fridge. The en suite bathroom has a tub with a shower and a sink, and it overlooks the back garden. Plantation shutters are installed on the windows.
The monthly rent is $1200, which includes all utilities: gas, water, electricity, cable, and WiFi. While this is a month-to-month rental, I would prefer a tenant looking for a longer-term arrangement.
I'm seeking a working professional who primarily leaves daily for work to occupy this suite.
The house is conveniently located within 30 minutes of Columbia Metropolitan Airport and 10 minutes from Palmetto Hospital in Irmo, making it ideal for traveling nurses. It's also close to Columbiana Mall and a major shopping area with numerous grocery stores, as well as a short drive to downtown Columbia. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, safe, and residential.
For consideration, please be prepared to provide references, proof of income, and a valid ID. The first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one-third of the monthly rent are due upon move-in. Additionally, a $125 cleaning deposit will be required, which can be deducted from the security deposit upon departure.
