I have returned to work at 60 versus counting on your money and it worked out great. If you are not living on your last dime get in touch otherwise DO NOT I will survive either way cause I work.

The rooms are small but clean. Most rooms include a bed nightstand and desk. You provide your own sheets blanket and pillow. We give you the code to the back door to get inside and a key to your locked bedroom for your safety.
You must be extremely clean at all times leave no dishes to soak and no signs you are around. The house is extremely quiet. You can have limited guest over for romance yes.
We have women living at the property and encourage anyone regardless of sexual orientation, race, religion, national origin etc to come live here today zero discrimination. NO PETS ALLOWED NO EXCEPTIONS due to shared housing.
We have several fridges microwaves coffee makers air fryer and toaster oven but no stove to maintain cleanliness. We have no stove hot plate washer or dryer. There is a window AC in every room as well as a space heater for your comfort. We are simple and basic but cheap safe clean downtown close to USC The Vista Five Points The VA Football and much more.
We are looking for drug free alcohol free humans not animals. I have 7 empty bedrooms and I am good with that but willing to help excellent renters.
Requirements $1800 and an ID.
If you can not come up with $1,800 to obtain new housing I avoid you like the financial black death plague. If your bank wont lend you money, your friends wont, your family wont, your employer wont, your neighbors wont, your aunt, your uncle, your brother, your sister, your child hood friends, your lovers, your exes, your school teacher and God does nothing for you then neither will I. Im good with plywood over 7 bedroom doors out of 10 total. Until the laws change good luck i hope you change your life into a success fianancially until then do not involve me in your mess.
