Owner-occupied homeowner seeking a long-term tenant (three months or longer) who is either single or a respectable working couple Former Airbnb "Superhost" with a focus on offering exceptional niche hospitality in a hygienic, peaceful, and drug-free setting, This is not short-term or Airbnb; rather, it is long-term. Since the owner lives in the shared space, only guests on the guest list are permitted on the property. In addition to having access to a well-furnished bedroom with a microwave, mini fridge, weekly beverages and snacks, and a private bathroom with a lock, the leasee must be gainfully employed. The bedroom must also be cleaned every week. NO KITCHEN OR LAUNDRY FACILITY ACCESS OR COOKING. Both people must be specified on the lease, with a maximum of two.
