I have a smaller-than-standard room (11'x13'). Furnished. Private room/ shared bath; one block from Chapin city center. Shared kitchen and bath. Utilities included in the rent. Has a washer/ dryer, wireless internet, fridge, and microwave. 14,000 BTU A/C cools room well, as well as heat.

I am a project manager for engineering projects. Looking for someone who is responsible, respectable, and quiet. Not looking for someone to hang around the house during workdays but is employed/busy on a 24Hr rotating shift. I require quiet evenings. $500 for those who live out of town and are gone/ go home on the weekends (i.e. contractors); $600 for those who will be around weekends (aka will use the property as a primary residence).
