Looking for a motivated programmer with experience in **Python, automation, and AI agents**. Must be familiar with the **TradingView platform** and automation workflows.

**Job Requirement (Non-Negotiable):**
* Must meet **in person for 4 hours every other week**
**What You’ll Do:**
* Build and manage AI automation agents
* Work with Python-based automation systems
* Integrate APIs, real-time data, and trading workflows
* Assist in developing systems that generate measurable results
**Compensation:**
* Hourly cash pay (**you may set your rate depending on experience**)
