This is a new moped. Only 50 miles, still has plastic on the seat and dash. I got it new, don't really need this one as I already have another one. I haven't driven it much, it's mostly been in storage covered up and clean. Yes you can start it right up and drive it. There's nothing wrong with it I just don't need two. Hopefully this will help someone out that needs it badly. I'm asking 1100 but I cannot go below a grand, it comes with a new wheel lock also. I can't deliver or ship it, if you buy it I can help you load it, but it is brand new and like I said if you buy it you can ride it home if you'd like. Clean, clear title in hand! I get bot emails so be real and true on what you say please. I am getting fake messages iny email from here so if you really want this moped message me. I'll trade for a golf cart that runs good. I actually need one. But this moped is new and I don't need it because I have another one too. If you are serious hmu. If we trade just bring the golf cart and I'll help you load the moped too.
