In the woods on acre and half. Gardens and chickens. Quiet, stress-free and very affordable. 400$/mo plus split utilities by however many people. Car camp, tent camp, camper....options available. Looking for someone who can treat place as their own. Help out around like yard work, help fox and hawk proof existing chicken area. Help get tiller cranked or help stack some firewood. I have access to 40 downed trees so we can even sell some. Small cabin w 2 lofts w wood stove I may be willing to share with right person. Cats and dogs ok if they are not chicken eaters or crapping everywhere. There are lots of woods around so they can be trained to go there. I have a couple kayaks I can share and have a 4ft x 18ft above ground pool I got on sale last yr that I will be putting up soon. Will be salt water. Firepit in the yard, picnic table and greenhouse and woodshed.
Times are hard out there. Watching everyone getting financially squeezed from every direction. I don't drink, drug or smoke. I'm not into materialism. I believe in community and having compassion for fellow beings.
