Option# 1 - OTR
* CPM RATE - Starting @ .490 CPM to .568 CPM (Paid weekly *Mon-Sun*)
** CPM pay Rates is based on your years of Verified Driving Experience.
** Paid $32.00 a night per diem (In –Cab / 10hr Sleeper Birth Rest Break) (Typically 5 nights a week.)
** With the over nights included (see below) Average CPM is between 0.554 cpm for less then 1 year experience and 0.632 cpm for 15 years and above years of experience. based off of 2500 miles and 5 each overnight's.
Option# 2 - Regional:
* Hourly Rate: Starting @ $19.57 an hour to $21.47 an hour (Paid weekly *Mon-Sun*)
** Hourly Rates is based on your years of Verified Driving Experience.
** Paid $32.00 a night per diem (In –Cab / 10hr Sleeper Birth Rest Break) (Typically 5 nights a week.)
** Average 2500 + Miles a Week or 60 to 64 hours ( OT for anything over 50 hours)
Home Every Week or Weekend (Getting Home Friday or Saturday – Every week will vary a little depending on where you are getting loaded out of and how your HOS falls. – Leaving out to start your week will also vary on where you are delivering at on Monday – Some weeks you may have to leave out early enough on Sunday to get to where you have to deliver on Monday.) This will be verbally discussed during the process and what you choose to do.
100% NO-TOUCH FREIGHT
States we run are: FL, GA, AL, MS, SC, NC, TN, KY VA, WV, PA, and Southern part to Mid-part of the following states OH, IN, & IL. ( Note: We do have terminal in IL that are also looking hire Professional Class CDL Drivers)
*** Driver Incentive Bonus: Earn an extra $50 per week for not speeding, turning your paperwork in on time, and staying productive. Paid out each quarter (Every 3 months) the banked amount is added to your paycheck in the form of a spot bonus.
*** Driver Referral Bonus: Earn $100 for just referring a regional driver. When they are hired on you receive $2000. First $1000 the following week they onboard and the Second $1000 just 6 months later.

· 401K – 100% Company Match on your first 3%, then 50% match on the next 2% (6 months of employment is required before company match)
· Company Pays for your Basic Life Insurance ($50k) and Short Term Disability ($275 a week) with options on both to buy up.

· Paid Vacation (Will start accruing time the day you hired) accrued time is available on your 91st day of employment with manager’s approval.
· 9 Paid Holiday’s each year. (Note: These scheduled 9 paid holidays will be paid but may still require you to be working in some cases, as we ultimately still have to service our customers.)
· 24 / 7 Support. (Fuel Help, Break Down, & Dispatch)
